“You’re never too old, it is never too late”. This was a quote that kept running through my mind as I had always wanted to start my own consulting business. Finally, on my birthday in 2023, I decided I wasn’t too old and it wasn’t too late to open up the virtual doors of Revel Up Learning.

Over my career in learning, one thing I realized is that adults tended not to enjoy learning in the corporate world. Whether it was nerves about not knowing the answer or not having time for “something they already knew”. This has given me the drive to ensure the training that is created is impactful to the individual and the company, while also making it fun and approachable for the learner. The definition of a win-win!

My Approach

My methodology focuses on the results your employees are expected to achieve and then drilling down to the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) required to reach those results. I then align the KSA building to the 70-20-10 model to ensure retention and mastery.
