The Ultimate Traveling Training Toolkit: Essential Tools and Tips
In your journey as a facilitator, you're likely familiar with Benjamin Franklin's wise words: "By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail." This quote is especially true when you step into unknown training rooms, each with its own unique challenges. To ensure seamless training experiences, I’ve learned to prepare fully, trying to leave nothing to chance.
When I enter an unfamiliar space, I arrive at least an hour early, ready to transform it into a dynamic learning environment. I shift chairs (remove extras or place them in a more interactive setup), set up technology, and even set the mood with motivating music.
But my secret weapon is what I’ve term my "Traveling Training Toolkit" 🧰. It's a collection of tools and items that keeps the sessions on track and engaging. Check out what’s inside":
Tech Essentials:
Mini Bluetooth speaker
Extra-long HDMI cable
Laptop charger
USB drive with presentations
Dongles for a MAC
